We built this super silent 100kVA three phase diesel generator with one clear goal: keep noise low and power steady. We upgraded it with real thick sound-absorbing cotton and sound insulation cotton – not cheap thin stuff,so the silent generator runs quietly near homes, schools, hospitals, and offices without disturbing anyone.
1.Using High-density flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton
We line the whole cabinet with 5cm thick, high-density flame-retardant cotton (density ≥100kg/m³). We don't use thin, low-quality cotton that does almost nothing.
The sound-absorbing cotton of our silent diesel generator can absorb noise: engine hum, fan wind, and mechanical friction. The porous material soaks up sound so it doesn't bounce around and echo inside the cabinet.
It's heat-resistant and flame-retardant, safe even close to the engine. It won't flatten or wear out over years of use, so the noise reduction stays strong.
We cover every part with sound-absorbing cotton: inner walls, doors, and air ducts -full coverage, no weak spots.
2.Using thick sound insulation cotton + fully enclosed box
We use a thick steel outer cabinet, filled with strong sound insulation cotton, and a fully closed structure to block noise twice as well.
It locks loud engine noise and vibration inside, so sound can't escape through gaps.
All seams and service doors have rubber seals to stop noise leakage. Our sealed design cuts noise far better than common open-gap cabinets.
The cotton also reduces shaking and humming. The generator runs smoother, without that loud, dull vibration noise.
2.Using thick sound insulation cotton + fully enclosed box
We use a thick steel outer cabinet, filled with strong sound insulation cotton, and a fully closed structure to block noise twice as well.
