The cabinet of single phase diesel generator is treated with plastic spraying technology.The features are corrosion resistance and no rust. The material of sound-absorbing cotton used inside the silent cabinet is flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton. The remarkable performance is low-noise , with the genset noise limit being 85dB(A) (at a distance of 7m from the genset), which conforms to national noise requirements.

The design of all-weather with rainproof, dustproof, frostproof and mute features. It is equipped with a reinforced chassis and cabinet framework. The cabinet and base are all undergone anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment.It makes the Genset suitable for use in harsh environments.

The single phase diesel generator features a large-capacity chassis fuel tank design, which can accord with the fuel demand for the unit's 10-hour full-load operation. It installed a magnetic flap level gauge on the fuel tank at a suitable position for conservation, along with an analog fuel level sensor, allowing monitoring personnel to read the liquid level in a timely manner. The fuel filler is designed on the outside of the cabinet with a protective device.This design makes it convenient for adding fuel.
