Fully enclosed/semi-enclosed casing of low noise generator: Most use fully enclosed steel casings with anti-rust treatment (such as plastic spraying, galvanizing) on the surface. It can effectively block rainwater, dust, and sand from entering the machine, preventing internal components (e.g., soundproof generator stator, diesel engine cylinder block) from getting damp or dusty, thus extending the equipment's service life (especially suitable for outdoor and open-air use).

Soundproof enclosures are designed with independent air ducts for "air intake - heat dissipation - air outlet" (e.g., air intake at the bottom, air outlet at the top). Some models are also equipped with forced cooling fans to ensure timely heat discharge when the silent diesel engine is running, avoiding power reduction or shutdown caused by high temperatures

Today we received an inquiryof diesel generator with silence box from a mining area. The customer has no access to electricity at their location and therefore needs a diesel generator set, with the required voltage and frequency being 380V and 50Hz. This generator set will be used to power the submersible slag pump they purchased. The water pumped up from the mining area is sewage containing particles. Additionally, blasting operations are conducted in the mining area, so a cover is needed to prevent flying rocks from splashing and damaging the diesel engine. Moreover, the customer has a noise-free requirement, so we have directly equipped the diesel generator set with a soundproof enclosure. This configuration fully meets the customer's needs.
