The soundproof box of silent generators balances "sound insulation" and "heat dissipation" through a scientific ventilation and heat dissipation system:
1.Forced ventilation design:
A low-noise axial fan or centrifugal fan is installed inside the box. It works with the optimized air duct. The fan draws cold air from the outside into the box. The air flows through heat-generating components such as the engine, generator and radiator. Then it carries the heat and exits through a dedicated air outlet. This prevents heat accumulation.
2.Adaptation of heat dissipation components:
Some soundproof boxes of slience generators expose the generator set's radiator, inter-cooler to the side or top of the box. Others use combined "water cooling + air cooling" heat dissipation. These designs do not affect heat dissipation efficiency. They also do not damage the overall sound insulation effect.
3.Temperature and humidity control:
Some soundproof boxes of silent generators used in cold or humid environments have built-in heaters and dehumidifiers. These devices prevent internal parts of the box from malfunctioning due to freezing in low temperatures or rusting from moisture.
