Main power monitoring:
The control unit of the generators detects the main power voltage/frequency in real time. When the main power is interrupted, it usually sends a start command automatically within 10-30 seconds. For some high-demand scenarios, this can be shortened to within 5 seconds.
Start control:
It drives the starter motor to start the prime mover. If the first start fails, it can automatically retry 2-3 times.
Operation protection:
It monitors parameters such as engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure, and generator output voltage/current in real time. If faults like "overtemperature, low oil pressure, overload, short circuit" occur, it shuts down immediately and gives an alarm.
Automatic switching:
It works with the "double power switch (ATS)". When the main power is restored, it automatically switches back to main power supply. The generator set shuts down after a delay and enters standby mode.
