Our 100kVA DG diesel generator sets use advanced technology. It is manufactured with precision and has the ability to handle high-load operations.
It also has the ability to start quickly. Its load adaptability and electrical parameter indicators have all reached a high level.
Our generator set can be used for various heavy, tough tasks and key scenarios.
The power set is like the "heart" of various machines. It outputs power to make equipment run by burning fuel or converting other energy.

Dg diesel generator sets themselves produce high temperatures when they are running. As summer comes, the outside temperature is also rising. So the safe use of diesel generator sets in high-temperature weather has become the most important issue to pay attention to.Then how should diesel generator sets deal with high temperatures in summer?
We have summarized some precautions here for you:
First of all, the circulating cooling water in the water tank of the Dg diesel generator sets should be kept sufficient. This allows the diesel generator set to dissipate heat as much as possible when it is running.
If the temperature of environment is relatively high, measures such as cooling or refrigeration need to be taken to avoid long-term high-load operation of the diesel generator set. When the water temperature is too high, appropriately reduce the power load of the generator. Keep the engine temperature below 90 degrees Celsius
The 4‑protection instrument for a diesel generator set is a core monitoring system used to monitor and protect the generator from common faults. It mainly includes the following four protection functions:
• Overcurrent Protection
Continuously monitors the generator's output current. When the current exceeds the rated value, it will automatically alarm or shut down to prevent the generator from burning out due to overload.
• Overvoltage Protection
Monitors the output voltage. When the voltage exceeds the set upper limit, it will act immediately to protect electrical equipment from damage caused by excessively high voltage.
• Undervoltage Protection
Triggers protection when the output voltage falls below the set value to avoid equipment overheating or damage caused by running at low voltage.
• Short Circuit Protection
In the event of a short circuit fault, the instrument will quickly cut off the output to prevent severe impact on the generator and the electrical circuit.
