There are reserved ventilation holes/heat dissipation grilles on the body of the industrial genset.They ensure that the heat generated by the engine and generator during operation can be discharged in time.This prevents malfunctions caused by excessively high temperature inside the body.

Our Industrial Generator can be equipped with an optional automatic control system.It has a clearly visible operating system. The panel adopts a centralized control design, which improves visibility and operability.
Automatic start-up of the unit
When the municipal power supply is cut off or there is a phase failure, the control cabinet of generator sends an instruction to start the generator set.
Automatic power supply switching
When the municipal power supply is cut off or there is a phase failure, and the generator set runs stably, the control cabinet will automatically switch to the unit power supply mode.When the municipal power supply is restored and becomes stable, the control cabinet will automatically switch back to the municipal power supply mode.
Real-time monitoring of the unit
The panel of the control cabinet displays analog values of the unit, such as water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, oil level, rotation speed, unit frequency, three-phase voltage, load current and battery voltage.It also indicates the commercial power status, AST closing status, generator set fault status and other information. For the parameters of the switch buttons, the critical points can be set and controlled through the background.
Automatic protection of the unit
When the Industrial Generator has high water temperature, low oil pressure, low liquid level and excessive speed (overspeed or underspeed), it will alarm and shut down.You can set it to either alarm and shut down or just alarm without shutting down.
Manual operation of ATS
When manual switching is needed for the control cabinet, you can set it to the "Manual" mode first.Then use a manual wrench to switch the ATS switch to either the "Commercial Power On" state or the "Generator Set On" state.
Automatic floating charge
There is a built-in automatic floating charger in the unit.As long as there is commercial power input, it will automatically charge the battery in a floating mode.
