The industrial diesel generator is the "core that makes machines move". It works in the cars we drive every day, the machinery that supports industrial production, and the equipment that ensures emergency power supply. It quietly provides power and is an indispensable "power cornerstone" for the operation of modern society.
A water-cooled diesel generator is simply a diesel generator that uses "water" to cool the generator. Its core is a combination of a "diesel engine + generator". It also has a special water circulation cooling system. This system can evenly carry away heat and accurately control the engine's temperature. So it can protect the diesel generator to run for a long time and generate electricity under high load.

Usage Notes & Key Points of the industrial diesel generator
1.Check and top up the coolant regularly
The coolant will gradually decrease with use. It may also reduce due to slight leaks in the pipes. Before each use, check the coolant level. If it is insufficient, top it up in time. You must add the same "water + antifreeze" mixture as the original. Do not add tap water directly-tap water is prone to rust and scale buildup, which can block the pipes and cause the engine to overheat.
2.Replace with antifreeze coolant in low-temperature environments
If you use the industrial diesel generator in places with sub-zero temperatures, you must use antifreeze coolant. If you use ordinary water, it will freeze and expand in winter. This will crack the cooling pipes and cause the generator to malfunction.
3.Clean the radiator regularly
There is a "radiator" in the water cooling system. It is used to cool down the coolant after it absorbs heat. Over time, dust and oil stains will accumulate on the surface of the radiator. This affects the heat dissipation effect. So you need to clean it every 1-2 months.
